A GLSL fragment shader running Perlin noise across the viewport. Sliders for scale, speed, and octave count — a quiet, drifting pattern.

The build will use a single full-bleed WebGL canvas, a small fragment shader, and a handful of uniforms exposed via sliders. Designed to feel calm rather than busy — slow speeds, soft contrast, monochrome palette.
